Ayesha held beautiful space for me to process some emotion I was feeling stuck in my body. She uses a combination of yoga, breathwork, & some somatic techniques tailored to my needs. She has taught me a lot about somatic processing and gave me tools and insight that I can now integrate into my life. She is knowledgable and caring! In her care I felt safe to open myself to feelings that are otherwise overwhelmin.
