Are you ready to reconnect to the earth
& sacred feminine?

Lean into the support of conscious commUNITY.

The art of gathering as women is intrinsic & primal.

For hundreds of thousands of years, Women have gathered ceremoniously to collect herbs & flowers from the earth, they grew food, made medicine, danced beneath the moon, sang medicine songs around a bonfire, supported one another, and moved to the rhythms of Mother nature.

Reawaken the essential nature that lies within.

Remember your natural state as wild, free, and primal.

Reconnect to your true self and a tribe of empowered women.

Revive ancient forms of connection to Self, each other, and Mother Earth.

Rest and Rejuvenate so that you can invite in a greater sense of balance & harmony.

Rewild:

a process of restoring our inner landscape and lifestyle to a more primal and natural state.

The retreat at a glance

This retreat is a time to Rewild ourselves back to the rhythm of our true nature. Together we will reignite the sacred feminine within. We will return to the natural cycles of reciprocity as we learn to slow down, rest, and restore as nature teaches us. We will heal our relationship with other women to remember the ancient, communal, wild ways of our being. And most importantly, we will have FUN doing so!!

Location

We'll gather together at a private home on the NC coast, nestled along the intracoastal waterway. Surrounded by the powerful element of water we'll connect to the Divine Feminine.

Food

As a fully immersive wellness experience, all meals are included. We believe that food is medicine & seeks to live in complete harmony with nature. Meals are locally sourced, organic, seasonal & plant based.

Sacred Feminine Practices

Transformational experiences to return to our wild feminine nature through singing, Kirtan, ecstatic dance, and cacao ceremonies.. Opportunities to connect to the sacred land. Purposeful time for reflection, integration, & relaxation.

Sisterhood

Never underestimate the power of being seen. Together, we will build conscious community & soul connections that last beyond the retreat. While each of us are unique in our own way, we realize that we have more in common than we do in different & that we are so much stronger together than we are divided.

Belonging

Gather as a sacred sisterhood!

Still to this day, we each carry a biological need to have a sense of belonging to a tribe, a circle, a sisterhood. Yet, somewhere along the way, women have forgotten their most basic need for connection to other women and the natural world around them.

So many women have been taught to compete, judge, isolate and even fear one another, depriving them of their ability to receive the support, nurturance, and love that they so generously share with the world. Even more, many women have been conditioned to feel guilty for this receiving.

Receiving

Learn to receive as easily as you give!

Further, women have even been forced to subscribe to a hyper yang, 24 hour paradigm that, quite frankly, does not serve women’s sacred connection to cycles of the moon.  Their worth, often equated to productivity and how much they are able to give to their families.

Getting stuck in cycles of giving without receiving has created a highly imbalanced system that serves but a few.

Meet Your Guides

Jot Anant

Jot Anant draws upon her diverse education in Akhanda Yoga, Intuitive Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for PTSD & TBI, Kirtan, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, and Thai Yoga Bodywork to create a safe space in which students can explore the depth of their being, create a stronger relationship with Self, drop deeper into gratitude, and use their own intuition to support expansion and transformation.

By artfully weaving together science and sacred, she invites deep inquiry and tapping into your own innate wisdom to empower students to decondition their minds by reawakening to the incredible power that resides within their hearts. It is this deep introspection that has the capacity to bring about healing and transformation in the World, one practitioner at a time.

As a devoted karma and bhakti yogini, Jot Anant is humbled by the opportunity to support students in their individual journey, and to shine a light on the importance of bringing mindfulness into action, taking what we learn from our time on the mat out into the unique ways that we interact with each other and the World.

As a lover of life and seeker of wisdom Jot Anant continues to deepen her own spiritual practice through seva and self-study, and by remaining an eager and open hearted student of life, striving to walk through the world lightly with grace, humor, and purpose.

Ashley Haskell

bio photo.JPG

Ashley has been a practitioner and student of yoga for 18 years! Her deep love for yoga, nature, and travel inspired her to study yoga on permaculture farm in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle for her 200 YTT under Akhanda Shakti Yoga, and her 300 YTT  in Rishikesh, India under Yogrishi Vishvektu, himalayan master and founder of Akhanda Yoga. She has continued her education in Indigenous Rights, Social Advocacy, Womb Sciences, Neuroscultping, Trauma Informed Practices, Sacred Ceremony, and Intuitive Yin Yoga.

It was in her trainings and self study that she realized one of the greatest disconnects of humanity to be a submission of personal power to external forces which often lead to loss of identity, manipulation, victimization and social control. She vowed to walk the path of reclamation of personal power through: understanding the nervous system and the effect that our thoughts have on our physiology; movement as a path to health and well-being;  herbalism and connecting to sacred plant medicine; honoring the cycles of nature both within our inner and outer world; subtle body awareness to unravel the many dimensions of Being; farming and how to live harmoniously from the land; and, various forms of psychosomatic therapies to release trauma from the body and reprogram thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. It is her passion to support individuals the freedom to express their most enlivened, abundant, and empowered Truth with the world.
