This practice will include movement, inquiry, and reflection as we celebrate the orbital shift of energy on earth and the transition from long, cold winter nights towards longer days of warmth and sunlight. We will offer sincere gratitude to the wisdom that the darkness and lunar energy continuously shares with it's guidance to slow down, restore, inuitively listen and revitalize our systems. At the same time we will wecome in the growing solar energy us as we slowly begin to redirect our energy actively and outwardly in the world.
